GoogleI never write reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case as the Simms Williams team in Walberton, have without question been utterly superb from start to finish. The team, led professionally and expertly by Richard, go that extra mile to sell your house, working effectively and efficiently as a team, so if someone’s off the rest of the team are kept abreast ensuring everything is kept on track. When selling our property, Sara and Louise, sold not just the house but the lifestyle that goes with it, due to their excellent local knowledge. As a result we had an offer on our house within days and well above the asking price. From there it was handed over to Lin the negotiator who without doubt kept everything on track in the fragile chain. GoogleI am a mortgage broker and use/deal with estate agents every day. I have never come across an estate agent like Sims Williams before. They are so helpful, courteous, and really do come across like they care about their clients. What was a stressful move for me, albeit not due to anything Sims Williams done, the staff there, Lin, John, Sarah, Louise, and Richard, were all absolutely brilliant. GoogleWe sold our property and brought our new property with Sims Williams in Walberton and the whole team were amazingly helpful and made what could have been a very stressful move much easier. Nothing was too much trouble, I could ring up and talk to any of the staff as they were all up to speed on where we were at during every stage. They always gave us plenty of notice of viewing and importantly gave us prompt feedback, which when you're selling a property can because very stressful if you have to chase the agent (we have had this experience with another estate agency). Sims also kept us up to date with where are buyers were at, nothing every felt let it was too much effort for them. When viewing properties with a number of different members of staff, they were never pushy nor made us feel rushed to make decisions. All in all a fab team who are excellent at what they do. I would and have recommended them to anyone who is looking to move home.
