The entire team at Sims Williams Walberton was amazing and helped me throughout the process of buying my first home. I had previously experienced a purchase falling through after months of back and forth, so I was nervous about going through the process again. Louise was particularly helpful in chasing solicitors on both sides, which was a breath of fresh air and reduced the wait time. They addressed all my concerns about the house before the purchase with no pushback, which made me feel secure from move-in day.

From first viewing to picking up my keys, Sophie and Louise have been amazing. Just wanted to thank everyone at the Walberton branch for their effort to make my purchase a very smooth one. Sophie was great whilst viewing, where she had to endure endless questions fired at her. I have recently moved into the house that Sims Williams found for me. I found this house that I wanted to view on their website and contacted them to arrange a time and date. Unfortunately, during our drive from Folkestone to Chichester to view this particular property I received a call from Louise, to advise me that I would be unable to view as the owner had an emergency situation to deal with. Louise was immediately able to offer me two other houses in the same area that were almost identical. I fell inlove with the first house she showed me. I looked at the alternative, but I had already made my mind up. Following the acceptance of my offer, Sims Williams Sales Progressor, also named Louise took over the reins in ensuring that the sale moved along as quickly and efficiently as possible. This she did with aplomb. When there was a hesitation in the process towards the end, Louise jumped in and ensured that we could all move on our chosen date. I would not hesitate to recommend Sims Williams to both buyers and sellers alike and should the situation every arise, I will use them again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience from start to finish in buying the house. My first contact with them was their real estate agent, Sophie, who was knowledgable, kind, and most importantly of all, honest. We viewed a few houses and she did not try oversell any, she gave honest opinions and was really helpful in helping us choose a new home. After it was confirmed I was in constant contact with Sims Williams, and they were always very response, Louise, who was looking after me throughout the process was excellent, even replying to emails on weekends, to try get the job done!
