What a fantastic estate agency. People, and a business which you can really trust. Having been let down by another agency with failed promises, delaying tactics, and having to chase for responses even though we were ready to purchase and not in a chain, we were jaded and suspicious of the local agencies. Sims Williams completely broke the mould. They were responsive, acted quickly, were honest and helpful. There was a genuine desire to do what's right rather than simply complete a sale. Sims Williams and the team at the branch in Walberton are a breath of fresh air. We dealt predominantly with Emma but every person we contacted was efficient, friendly and helpful.

Friendly team. Our house sold in a reasonable time frame but it then took 7 months to reach completion due to problems further down the chain. Sims Williams has a dedicated 'Progressor' who maintained contact with us, our buyer, our seller and all the solicitors. We found this very supportive as she was able to ensure all parties were aware of any issues and helped boost our morale a couple of times when we felt despondent about the apparent lack of progress.

I cannot thank Sims Williams in Walberton enough for their outstanding service throughout my house purchase. Right from the start Sims Williams Walberton had our back. From the start when we met Sara Morgan, we were impressed with their straightforward, no nonsense approach to selling our house. The staff in the office were excellent in arranging viewings and letting us know how those viewings went. Once the property was sold we were served excellently by Louise Thompson-Dodd of the Progression Team with plenty of conversations and always available vie phone and email. Even when the first sale fell through we were able to re market straight and a new buyer found the next day to get us back on track. Right up to when contracts were exchanged Sims Williams were there to help with last minute hiccups. Cannot recommend Sims Williams highly enough, 5 stars is not enough!

Sims Williams took really great care of us - even though they were not the estate agents who sold our house (they managed the vendors of the house we were buying).
