We recently sold and bought a house with Sims. Louise looked after us all the way and was absolutely amazing! She stayed in contact constantly, despite the fact that the move all in took nearly a year. She was so proactive at keeping up with all the buyers, sellers and their solicitors, and always took the time to listen to our concerns. Finally after a year we are now in our dream house and couldn't be happier. The whole thing would have been a lot more stressful without Louise and Sims. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!

I have been dealing with the Ladies at Simms Williams in Walberton for nearly a year trying to buy the property of my dreams. Though out the whole stressful process, from the first viewing who was a Saturday girl and knew every little detail about the property to Louise who is the Sales Progressor, I was kept up to date at every stage of the purchase, was given good news and bad but after a year we finally got to the finish line and this would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the staff at Simms.
