Aster deployed an operative to survey and carry out work on our windows as the seals were worn.The young man who was tasked was prompt, very polite and friendly. The seals were fixed and the job was completed without any mess.

DONOT BUY A SHARED OWNERSHIP WITH THEM THEY ARE A CON.You will find that they put your rents up year in year out and do absolutely nothing to care for your house and then take all the profit… I would be ashamed to work for them really not recommended

Very grateful to Aster. The process was smooth from the start. Although we had hiccups with the house being delayed by 5 months I was fully aware it wasn’t Asters fault but the developers. Thankful for the quick replies from the sales team.

Not a great experience. Took a while to get any answers and had to chase several times. We are still awaiting news on our grass being cut and the items that have been completed we still get asked if they have been completed yet.
