Felt unfortunate to have end up dealing with them. I should have suspected nothing good will come out of this right from my 1st viewing. Taking a break from university never having rented a property I had no idea that there will be no agent to let me view this property. Having travelled 2 hours hours and waiting outside for a viewing was disappointing. I called them and there was no one to pick up the phone. I searched for their opening hours feeling desperate after waiting for so long to find nothing on their website about opening times. Just like me the current tenants were expecting an agent to show me the place. It was nice to share similar surprise in poor professionalism. But I moved on with a positive outlook. 2nd property was perfect for me. I was told I will know the results in few days and I waited for their call. I called back to find out the agent dealing with my application had left home. So I rang back again the next day to find out the agent will not be in for two days. As I was desperate to find a place soon I viewed another property where surprisingly there was an agent to help me view the property but unfortunately they knew nothing about it or they simply were not interested in me having any information about the property. Out of curiosity I thought I will find out what happened to the application for the 1st property. So I rang back after having waited two days but my line was cut off. The next day I rang back to find out the agent was busy, so I politely asked the staff if they can find out what happened to the application as I was told I would know the result 3 days ago or yesterday and told I would get contacted every time . The agent snapped at me saying they cannot force anyone to contact me. I was upset and embarrassed at the thought of them thinking I would expect someone to be forced to deal with me! I was following up with my application. I regret dealing with this company. I have never had a bad experience with other viewings and companies who were all honest, polite and professional. I don't want anyone to go through what I did. I feel embarrassed to have patiently, politely and positively tried working with them with no negative feelings or suspicions.
