We have had the best experience of customer care with Amber. I would recommend Richard Kendall everyday of the week. Our home had the most beautiful photos/video taken by Richard Kendall’s, from the beginning we have been so impressed! We have been kept up to date every week since our house went on the market back in June. Amber went above and beyond to get updates from the rest of the chain/solicitors. Many people dread the house moving process but I can honestly say, it hasn’t been half as stressful as we thought and that is mainly down to Amber for always keeping us in the loop. We chose Richard Kendall to sell my father’s house because Roger Hall was far and away the most professional valuer we saw who gave good, sensible advice. We were allocated Amber Hamilton in the Pontefract office and although the sale was a little bit fraught - one sale fell through and the next had a long, difficult chain - she was amazing. The communication was always excellent and Amber was always polite, friendly and reassuring. On the rare occasion she wasn’t available all of the other office staff were helpful and seemed knowledgeable about the sale. Can’t recommend them highly enough and I would definitely use them again

I always spoke to the same person who knew the progress or challenges that we came across. I didn't have to repeat myself because I had Mandy who was always keen to help and get things moving. Mandy made this experience great, by being patient and keeping me updated on everything as it was happening. She was friendly, helpful, reassuring and just a general joy to have on the other end of the phone. Thank you Karen! Overall when it came to viewings (we viewed 2 properties with Richard Kendall) it would have been beneficial if the people who show you round know more about the property - they are just there to open/close, whereas we would have liked someone who knew more about the property and could answer our questions there and then without us having to contact the office, seemed a bit of a strange way to do it but overall a good experience and we love our new home. Fabulous service from start to finish!The valuation provided by David was very thorough and informative, and from that point the secretaries (Kirsty and Sophie) made sure the house was on the market quickly.Karen looked after my property and from her first vendor contact call she kept me updated the whole time, she provided me with suggestions on how best to market and sell the property and thanks to this within the month my property went from not on the market to sstc.The sales process can be a stressful life event but with the kindness and compassion shown by Karen, and the Wakefield office this sale has been made easy.
