A very positive experience with Richard Kendall estate agents at the Normanton Branch.From a valuation ( that was pleasantly more than we expected ) to completion of sale , thank you very much.Sarah at the Normanton branch was our point of contact for the sale of our property in the Normanton area. During the sale process from 5/11/22 to completion on 31/3/23 Sarah kept us fully up to date with progress and where necessary pushed along the process.On the few occasions when Sarah was away from work her colleagues would continue the regular updates in her absence.Using RK was not our cheapest option but having decided to work with RK we have no regrets ,as the saying goes you get what you pay for and we received an excellent service and would recommend Sarah and her colleagues at RK ……thank you again.

We were very impressed with the level of service we received from Richard Kendal agency in particular from Jessica who provided excellent service to us from the start till the end of the process of us looking and securing a rental property within a very short period of time. She was always very professional, promptly answered emails and calls and kept us informed about any developments throughout the whole process which has made it less stressful for us .Everyone else who we dealt with was also very helpful and professional, for this reason I highly recommend this agency.

Sophie at Richard Kendal Estate Agents was just the best. From putting the property on the market to handing the keys over on completion, Sophie kept us up date through the sale. She telephoned us at every step. I never had to ring the office about solicitors inquiries or information from the buyer. Sophie anticipated every bit of relaying this information to us through the sale. She was so pleasant and is really very knowledgeable within the buying and selling of property. Considerate estate agent with second to none communication

I had a really positive experience with Richard Kendall Pontefract/Castleford while selling our home and purchasing a new one. Richard Kendall’s service felt personal and considerate which was the polar opposite of our experience with a large chain brand in Castleford previously. They answer the phone every time it rings, which is something you take for granted until you experience an estate agent that isn’t available when you need them. If our required contact wasn’t available, we would always have someone else to speak to and messages were always passed on swiftly. The sale and purchase went through so quickly (within 8 weeks) with second to none communication throughout. Following our sale/purchase we had some unfortunate after sale issues (unrelated to the service Richard Kendall provided) that required communication with Richard Kendall in Wakefield, again, I was treated with respect and professionalism to resolve the issue quickly. I would use Richard Kendall for any future moves without hesitation! My advice to anyone else buying or selling a property, it’s definitely worth using a local company versus the larger chains. Big thank you to Liz Cooke for securing our sale and purchase after a precarious start with another agency and to Claire Kendall for resolving our after sale issues with care and consideration.

We purchased our new house through Richard Kendall, and we were thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Elizabeth Cooke (Liz). She was friendly and informative throughout the entire process. Liz ensured regular communication to keep us updated on the progress of the sale, and answered any queries promptly which was greatly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. However, we do have some constructive feedback for the viewing team. During our visits to a couple of previous properties, we found that the team showing us around lacked knowledge about the properties they were showing. While we didn't expect a hard sell, it would have been beneficial for the agents to provide basic information about the properties to aid our decision-making process and not just to be there to open the door to let you in essentially.

I had every confidence in dealing with Mandy at Kendall’s estate agents having previously dealt with her in the past. Although it was not a straightforward transaction Mandy was there to mediate between myself and the vendors.
