They let us down when buying our first house and on day we picked keys up and my solicitor told contracts been exchanged and we can go down and pick keys up , only to find the people who sold me house was still in and they didn't move out till 5pm and they handed me the key so very unpleasant experience, and reedsrains wasn't interested.

Bad communication with stupid procedure. i didnt have problems with different agencies and i dont know why they making it so hard to make a deal with them. dont buy/rent with them!!!

We explained the procedure to you in order to avoid you paying fees which would have been non-refundable in the event of the referencing being declined.
