GoogleIve used Martin and co to manage a property of mine, they have been terrible from start to finish, they lie frequently about having done things, they send trades people that are clearly not trades people and are nothing but a set of cowboys. They cause more damage trying to botch things and having to then pay for jobs putting right by actual trades people. Who when they look at the jobs can't stop laughing. Theres no communication and the first time you know they have sent people out to the house is when the rent is paid short. Please all take this as a warning there are much better more professional management agents in Wakefield.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

From viewing the property to signing the lease and moving in, they were by far the most efficient and professional agency in Wakefield. I've rented through them for 8 months now and anytime there has been even the slightest issue its been sorted out immediately. Booking in through the property portal or directly with Danielle, everything has be a breeze. If you are looking for a property in Wakefield or surrounding areas, this place should be your first point of contact, tried with several of their competitors, only wish I'd had gone to them and saved myself a lot of hassle and a wasted couple of months.
