GoogleI wanted to buy 1 bed, 20 Market Street, Wakefield, Bayheath House but they have never replied about running costs like ground rent and service charge. I wrote to them by zoopla, rightmove, the form on their website and also spelt my email address by phone. It was roughly a month ago. Now I am not interested.
