GoogleAfter a very stressful few weeks of our house purchase falling through, Jas and his team were absolutely fantastic at making the whole process of finding a rental property so hassle free. Our request to view at short notice was accommodated by Olivia and we were able to get everything sorted within a week. Nearly all aspects were completed electronically which was brilliant and made everything run so smoothly. A 5 star service throughout and wouldnt hesitate to recommend!

GoogleWe used Martin and co to rent our home and from the first viewing we did and throughout the tenancy the team at Martin and co were fantastic. The communication was outstanding and we would recommend them to anybody looking at renting. They don't just treat you as another tenant, they treat you with dignity and respect and nothing is too much for them. Danielle is amazing at property management and Jas, Monay are also fantastic. When it came to the property being sold, Jas kept us upto date throughout everything. Keep up the excellent work.

GoogleMy wife and I used the services of Martin & Co to handle a house sale and purchase back in November 2018. Jas was our key contact and was extremely helpful throughout the process, however his skills came in to their own when we had an unexpected turn of events. A similar style house on the same street was put up for sale £10k less than ours meaning our buyer wouldn’t pay what we needed to proceed (we were on help to buy at the time). We were contemplating pulling out of the purchase of the house M&Co had that we adored, however Jas stepped in and was able to renegotiate the sale price down by £10k to offset our buyers offer. This allowed the transaction to proceed and we are now the proud owners of a beautiful detached house that we are slowly renovating this year. Thanks Jas for all your support!
