GoogleMe and my boyfriend have just rented our first property together, we would highly recommend Linely and Simpson, the properties listed with this company are of great quality at reasonable price, the application process from start to finish is smooth, with frequent contact from the agents, Holly at Linley and Simpson has been great and has been on hand to answer any questions we have very quickly which has put our whole process at ease, as well as Janice who greeted us at the property and was really friendly, as a whole the experience is great and we love our property! Thank you

GoogleI dealt with Holly throughout the course of my rental agreement. Holly was professional, courteous and couldn't have helped me any more. I had to move in a very short time frame and Holly went out of her way to help fast track my application. She went over and above what I would have expected and I couldn't recommend her service anymore than I have already. Holly always called me back within a short time frame if I needed her reassurance. She was kind and helpful through all communications, be it by phone or email. Holly made it clear what was required from me and acted swiftly on every occasion to ensure my move was as stress free as possible. I couldn't recommend the services of both Holly and her colleagues more. I would fully recommend Lindley and Simpson to anyone considering moving. She goes above and beyond to help with any queries and is unbelievably efficient I’d recommend her service to anyone in the rental business, as a landlord or a tenant

GoogleI used Linley & Simpson to manage an apartment in Wakefield that I recently sold. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Excellent customer service for me, the landlord, and the tenants. In particular, the maintenance team are brilliant at getting out getting things fixed or replaced as and when required - saving me the hassle of trying to find a tradesman and the office staff are super efficient. Even when I had sold the flat they were still keen to assist me to get the paperwork I needed for boiler services etc. Thanks Linley & Simpson :-)

GoogleI recently bought a property which needed tenantimg. Fiona Scott is a diamond, she visited the property then discussed the rental options, then found a tenant at the top end if her assessment. There were a few issues with the property which were sorted out in record time. I have no hesitation in recommending her and her team and will be using her again fir the next one!
