GoogleHunters were great from start to finish. Extremely personable and explained everything so we understood the process. Our house went on the market without delay and was sold within a week. Their communication is second to none and I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their house. We dealt with Caitlin and Lisa in the main who were fab! Thanks again. Claire and Lauren.

GoogleI was very relieved that the person we bought the house from had chosen this estate agent! We had dealt with a few on our search for the right house and none of them compared. The office staff are great, as are the people who show you around the houses. Lisa in the office always did everything she could, to help with what is always a stressful process. Everyone there is friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWhilst I am yet to purchase a property from Hunters in Castleford, I feel the need to write this review and commend the exemplary service I have received thus far. My first interaction was with Mehak who was very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to listen and offer advice and even took the time to introduce me to James. James also, I was very impressed with, he took the time to chat with me and again offer advice and guidance. The person with whom I’ve had the most interaction with is Danielle. Danielle has shown me several properties now and I’ve found every meeting with her to be like old friends conversing about a mutual interest. That said, she is very professional in her job towards both myself and the existing property owners / tenants and she puts our needs and thoughts first when conducting a viewing. Danielle is a true credit to the public facing side of Hunters and whilst my side hustle is property rental, my core business is retail and i’d employ Danielle today to run my sales.

From start to finish, the team were professional, proactive, and genuinely supportive during what can be a stressful process. Their knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out, and they handled everything smoothly and efficiently. GoogleI’ve lost sleep over the rental market at the moment, but with the experience my partner and I had with Hunters it made it all worth it! Beth helped us get the house we could’ve only dreamt of and really went the extra mile to make sure every box was ticked. We had some really unexpected hurdles but thanks to Beth sticking with us and being understanding of the situation we were able to have a really “human” outcome. I’ve felt a really warm welcome into my new home and part of that is due to the guidance I’ve had from Hunters. By far the best experience I’ve had with any letting agency, it’s nice to feel they genuinely care! At this moment, I’m able to sit in my new home writing this review knowing I now have the needed space to live my life, a world of weight has been lifted off of my shoulders despite what felt like all odds being dealt against my favour. I look forward to any interaction I may need to have with them in the future, I don’t feel like I need to hesitate before getting in touch which is a change 🕺

GooglePeter who shows you around the property is 10/10 he answers all questions hes a friendly face there is always service with a smile , i found him very helpful and so pleasent to meet. Hes showed me around a fair few houses and im always glad to see its him. Id also like to thank James, Beth, Nathan, Max, Andy and Catie which are the rest of the team and are also nothing but helpful and provide A* service. As a person with chronic anxiety and depression this experience has been nothing but calming and pleasent and with your company enjoyable, iv viewed so many houses with many different companys and been declined time after time and wanted to call it a day .but your team would always keep me going and certainly turn my frown upside down. GoogleIf your looking for a professional agent who cares about selling, is efficient and with great market knowlege then look no further than Hunters Castleford. The whole team are amazing, friendly and when things arent quite going to plan, nothing is too much trouble. We had a few failed sales, nothing to do with them, just a consequence of a tricky sales market. However thanks to Lisa Horsey, Sally Arrowsmith, Keira Wiles and and other colleagues Andy & Janet we got the sale across the line. Well done everyone. Thanks for your patience and professionalism. GoogleHunters have been looking after us for the last 6 or 7 years we've been renting our old house (14 years total) and they've always been responsive to ay issues we've had. We've just bought our own place and they've been super useful helping us with extending our stay when our purchase went a bit pair shaped which was really appreciated. If I had to rent again, I'd be happy dealing with Hunters again for sure.

Hunters stood out from others when it came to choosing who to market with; their knowledge of the area, selling points and understanding of my situation was very good/reassuring. They were very prompt with everything, communicated well/often, and were very helpful and friendly. A sale was agreed early on, and progressed quickly. The reason it is not 5 stars is because we were notified a week before our move in date that our application had been accepted, we completed the reference documents but we're then waiting for the contract for 3 days, we ended up signing the day before move in, we weren't sure if we were going to be moving in then or there would he delays

As well as the referencing from the tenants perspective a lot of work and time is put into the various processes we need to follow to ensure our tenancies are fully compliant and our properties are fully prepared which sometimes means we can’t always get tenancy agreements out as quickly as we’d like to. Our average time is 10 days from initial registering of interest to moving in so it’s a short timescale to tick lots of boxes as I’m sure you can imagine! Many thanks again for your feedback and we’ll take it on board. We hope you enjoy your lovely new home.
