GoogleIt took a few frustrating months to complete our sale of our house. All through this time Enfield were supportive and communicative. It was the first time we had sold a house and without Enfields support and information it would have been very stressful indeed. We can not recommend highly enough the service we received from all the staff at Enfields, Pontefract

GoogleNever used them in the end, a really nice guy that came out to value our property very knowledgeable. My pet hate is being spammed with mail. I understand you want business, but it put us right off the company. Some days, we received 2 letters from Enfields. Only one was personalised, and that was our valuation before, and after this, it was just dear home owner. Shame as i believe they probably are better WHB estate agents

We try to be more of an informative agent and structure our letters accordingley, however, our process seems to have let us down on this occasion and you have recieved more than we would have had liked.

GoogleI called to ask some details about agency. Firstly I spoke to a trainee member of staff. They asked many questions but when I asked what their commission rate was they refused to discuss. Was passed to another member of staff who was very rude and suggested I went elsewhere. You just lost a potential sale !!!!
Good morning, My staff are highly trained with many years experience. They ask numerous questions so we can ensure we deliver the best possible experience to our clients. The fees are discussed at the appointment along with our highly rated service which is appropriate and ensures that our clients fully understand what they are paying for. Worked with me and the vendor through difficult times and extended delays due to Covid19 and my ill health. If it wasn't one issue it was another and she managed the situation and worked with me and vendor through these delays and issues ultimately to a severely delayed completion. GoogleThe team and management at Enfields Pontefract were excellent from start to finish. A very experienced, professional team who provided great advice when I was looking to sell my house and what price to sell at. As soon as the house was put up for sale I was getting viewings, not just any viewings but the people who came had been vetted beforehand by the team at Enfields Pontefract to ensure they were genuine buyers. Once an offer had been accepted the team were great in keeping me updated on the progress, right up to the completion day. A great company who I would use again and have and will continue to refer them to others.

GoogleI own a number of properties in West Yorkshire and had become dissatisfied with my letting agent. I contacted Enfields in Pontefract after a recommendation from a friend. They were fantastic from the very first phone conversation I had with Andrew, through to meetings with Chris. They have a very enthusiastic "can-do" attitude, professional, thorough and always follow things up and keep you informed. Their fee rate is also very competitive and they offer an excellent one stop service. Everything is taken care of and you can trust them to manage your properties, allowing you the time to get on with other areas of a busy life, just what I was looking for. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

GoogleHaving had some really bad experiences with estate agents, I was weary about trying yet another. From the word go, Sophie made an amazing impression on me. Professional, friendly, reassuring and certainly knew what she was talking about. I thought that this was too good to be true. How wrong I was. Throughout the process, the team at Enfields in Pontefract delivered everything we were told they would do. Regular updates, texts to confirm viewings, regular contact and always happy to help with any questions. When they were doing viewings, they respected the property and left the property as they found it. On completion, they kept in regular contact with solicitors and myself to make sure all went through as smoothly as possible. From my sister and myself, Thanks to Sophie and all the team. A credit to estate agents - others could learn a lot from you.

GoogleEnfields were brilliant from day 1. They took complete control of the sale of my late mum's house right from their initial visit to the property. They arranged countless accompanied viewings which we couldn't have dealt with being over an hour's journey away, along with an open viewing morning. There were always follow up phone calls to keep up fully informed after each viewing, along with text messages letting us know each time a viewing had been arranged. The whole experience has been virtually flawless and resulted in a quick sale at the full asking price. The staff are all friendly, polite and willing to help and we would definitely recommend them to anyone considering selling their property.

GoogleWe were really pleased with Enfields from start to finish. Sophie was filled with enthusiasm and really worked hard to get viewings. We had lots of contact from Charlotte and Sophie within the the first week of being up for sale. By week 3 we had sold - I couldn't believe it. After that Jo was really efficient with the solicitors and got the sale through in 8 weeks. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Thanks so much for all that you did Enfields. GoogleWe're very pleased with the service provided by Enfields. They delivered on everything they promised and you really can't ask for more than that. Pre-sale we had multiple viewings every week and were kept constantly up to date with viewer feedback and advice. Enfields sold our house after only 3 weeks! Post-sale, we continued to receive great service. Although our chain wasn't straight forward, Joanne kept us informed as to what was going on every week and was very friendly, knowledgable and professional at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enfields to all of our friends.

GoogleEnfields dealt with a property I was buying. Joanne in Pontefract was a star. She kept me in the loop all way through. When things became a little complicated and stressful she went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly within a large chain even answering my calls or texts out of her working hours. The atmosphere in the office was lovely the day I collected keys and all staff were polite. If it wasn't for Joanne I don't think I would be in my house today. Thank you.

They were the more professional and provided honest advice, I dealt with Chris who made himself available at all times, gave regular updates and made the whole process painless, he even popped round on the day of the sale to take pictures of the meters as I forgot, and was out of the area. 5 stars!

GoogleValued my house £10,000 less than all other local estate agents. Tried to charge me £4000 to put it on with them at a lower value than it’s worth. Then didn’t even tell me the house that I had an offer accepted on had been sold to somebody else! I had to notice on rightmove and call to ask! Shocking
Hi Miss Bolam, Obviousley we are disappointed to recieve such a rating and to answer your points directly, your property still isn't sold, so time will tell whether our valuation was more accurate and honest. As for our fee we charge a fee that is appropriate to our service, which you chose not to use (entirely your prerogative) but we feel it is a little unfair to rate our fee against a service you didnt use. I am sure you are disappointed to lose out on the property you wanted, however we feel we gave you the best advise possible to achieve your new purchase. Granted, it was an oversight to advise you it had sold, however at this moment in time you are stll not in a position to purchase without selling. We wish the best in finding your next home and would appreciate feedback on the price you eventually achieve.

I’m in the market for a new home, have been actively looking and they simply said it was sold and bye. They really missed an opportunity to ask about what I was looking for and to market other homes to me. Felt like they didn’t care that I was looking, or that they wanted to help. GoogleThe Enfields team are amazing, so efficient and helped to sell my house within such a short space of time (given the circumstances with Covid & various lockdowns I am extremely impressed with the speed of the sale and completion). The team were in constant communication with myself and my buyer, the process was extremely smooth and I truly believe if it wasn't for Enfields, I would not have completed on my house sale as quickly. I was dealing with Jo who was amazing, she was so proactive, chasing me, the vendor and both our solicitors to keep things moving forward. Googlewould 100% recommend, my flat went up for sale on the Friday, 3 hours later i had a viewing for the next day and it was sold on the Monday! Joanne and Andrew have been brilliant the entire time, and if we were to ever move again ( found the dream house so don't need to ) we would use them again in a heartbeat, pictures of the flat were superb and brilliant quality unlike other estate agents

There have been dark moments when the first potential sale fell through and the sense of despair that followed. However,everything has turned out good in the end and as a family we are so pleased that what was our home now belongs to another lovely family who cherish it. An extra big thanks must go to Joanne for her patience and resilience, who throughout the whole process has followed up every stage in the process of the sale and kept us informed at all times.
