GoogleSold my house through crown Since selling the house michaela has been a god send she been very proactive and kept me updated and nothing is to much to ask when booked the valuation was very efficient arrived early and Mo also waited till I arrived before coming in so.my partner didn't feel uneasy. 5* to the whole team thank you michaela

GoogleWe got our house through Crown Estate, I didn't exactly like the initial process as they went above and beyond asking for documents I didn't think were necessary. But in all of these I love the staff that handle our rental process, Jasmine. A very sweet and polite lady, was so helpful from start to finish. Thank you Jasmine for making the entire process as pleasant as possible.

I purchased a property for letting, the communication was excellent nothing was too much trouble , the paperwork was completed both accurately and efficiently. In particular Jasmin has been a pleasure to deal with, and if I’ll need any help with selling or buying a property I will definitely call her up :)

GoogleCouldn't recommend more highly. The service was prompt when moving into our property 8 months ago. Sophie was brilliant every step of the way and really informative. Whilst living there we have had a few minor repairs, due to wear and tear and general building maintenance which has all been completed quickly. 10/10

GoogleTerrible estate agent. We bought a house through them and just after we moved in the alarm started going off. I have an autistic daughter who is very sound sensitive so it was a nightmare. We were not given a code for the alarm. I rang Chris multiple times but was ignored or my calls were cancelled. He then turned off his phone and didn’t reply. This was not the only thing either. Avoid this place

GoogleI recently rented a property through crown, the lady that helped me Lauren as been amazing and a pleasure to communicate with and I wasn’t waiting about for replies, if I need anything I no she will be there to help. The whole process from start to finish as been nothing but professional and straight forward. I look forward to enjoying my property and feel at ease knowing crown are brill to deal with.

GoogleMe and my partner moved into a property that is managed by crown. We have had nothing but amazing service from these guys. Lauren in particular was the agent to deal with myself and the property we are renting. She kept us up to date and always replied quickly to any queries we had. Much appreciated, it made our rental process so much more of a delight in an otherwise stressful time.

GoogleNever been so insulted in my life. I casually mentioned that I was moving into the area for a new appointment. Despite having a monthly income of nearly 7 times the rental price, able to provide references and financial standing I was still asked to provide a home owner guarantee. Thoroughly disgusted.
Thank you for your review Maxi. You stated that you are going to be starting a new job which has a probationary period. As you are aware we work to protect the interest of our Landlords against any potential risk of financial losses. Our policy is clear that in this circumstance we need to have a guarantor.

GoogleI rent a house from them 4th year already. And i cant really say anything bad about them. Whenever there is an issue with something in household. Things gets repaired fairly quickly and emergencies are resolved imidiately. Good contact and never been ignored.

GoogleI cannot recommend this company highly enough. Moz and Sally are masters of their art. I had a very tight deadline . They rose to the challenge and were so understanding. Three weeks from start to finish and painless.

GoogleVery bad. They just rent to anyone from any landlord. If you ask them for help, expect nothing. Just be aware, there are so many better estate agents in town, that show care and consideration on who they let to.
