GoogleEnquired about an apartment with Crown Estate Agents and got a voicemail to phone in if i still wanted to rent this property, just for them to take it off of every property website and tell me they don't have the property.

GoogleDear Sirs We have been on your website this afternoon and see that 29 Ings Lane has now sold STC. We are extremely unhappy that we were not contacted to let us know that our bid had been unsuccesful. This in our opinion is unprofessional and extremely shoddy service by Crown Estate Agents. GoogleClueless. No one knows if a property is sold or not. Can’t arrange a viewing. Incorrect information given. Phone calls never returned. I would not want to entrust them with my house to sell.

GoogleTried twice to get details and reserve a property on a new build estate and been told that Chris would call me back. Both times he has NOT contacted me so he has lost the developer a sale. Very, very poor service.
