Although my advisor at asap was very nice this review isn’t based on her more the over all experience. I found ASAP to be a rather pointless middleman that confused communication and added problems rather than solutions. It also resulted in me doing a lot of my own correspondence to solicitors. After the transaction I still don’t really understand what asap were there for or how they helped but the transaction is over now and I’ll miss speaking to my ‘advisor’ each week!

It enabled transparency within the conveyancing process. You could see exactly at which stage had been reached on both sides. Completion took 11 weeks which involved a lease and transfer of freehold. A useful tool for keeping communication open between all parties .

Great at the start but we had to do much of the chasing, there was often no response to calls/emails, delay in advising our advisor had left and sometimes incorrect dates provided which we had to double check - adding more work to an already stressful time
