If expediting the expeditor is your thing you're in the right place. We had to really push Maraliza to ask some basic questions that would have eliminated delays and unnecessary stress. We got so much 'I will follow up' and 'I will get in touch' bet never any substance, that in the end we just ignored the emails and did our own expediting. Absolutely not worth a minute of anyone's time!
