It was all going fine until my purchase was passed to this company. I would then get updates of misinformation continuously. This caused so much stress. If I didn't go back and directly to the estate agents, I would have not completed.

She had direct contact not only with our buyer but also with the developer at the top of the chain. Sharon effectively was the sales progressor on both sides of the chain. They did give us regular updates but in the beginning it was confusing as we never knew who to contact, the solicitors or ASAP about certain things. Most of the updates were 'we tried to ring the solicitors but no one answered'. Frustrating as we would ring the solicitors ourselves and get through straight away.

This was a service we hadn’t expected but I have to admit that the communication facilitated by ASAP was very helpful and reassuring. With Georgina’s frequent updates I had no reason to contact our estate agent or chase for information. Great service!

Throughout the buying process ASAP have been really professional and supportive. I had a particularly poor solicitor making this journey more stressful than should be expected. Jill Price my case worker has been the intermediator for the seller and buyers solicitor and has managed to get the transfer over the line whilst providing updates and always been available to take a call.
