The waiting around for 4 to 5 months gets very boring and it feels like nothing is happening. But it is absolutely great receiving the ASAP emails each week to see them chasing solicitors and all parts of the chain. Saves you a job chasing for updates and its great knowing someone is doing the chasing and pushing for you.

It was extremely helpful to have Jill from ASAP co-ordinating the various parties (Solicitors, Estate Agents and all the parties in our chain), for our move. The ASAP tracker was also great to see what had been completed and what was still left to do. I do believe it made the process quicker.

The service offered is excellent and my main contact Athena really is worth her weight in gold - she knows her stuff, shes clear, quick and efficient - putting everyone’s mind at ease throughout what can be most people’s most difficult and confusing times… she is an absolute asset. When Athena is away there is always others on hand that assist on all her files, always making me feel confident that progression is always 100% managed and gives us, as sales agents, more time to sell knowing the back end is being well looked after

ASAP have been a revelation for us this year. From the Hoowla tool to the level of detail and outstanding customer service, we have been blown away by how good they are. In particular Lyndon Knox has been outstanding, he keeps us up to date with regular calls, notes and emails and we feel in control and appraised of what's happening at all times. We'll be doing all possible to ensure that more of our clients use ASAP in the future.

We use ASAP for our Sales Progression at our estate agency and would be lost without Jess. Jess is our dedicated progressor, and once a sale is agreed it is passed to her to move it along to completion. It's like having a dedicated sales progressor in the office, only she works from home!! I receive updates daily on each property sale, in thorough detail, and I am copied into all correspondence between solicitors and clients. I cannot fault the service and rely on Jess every day! Thank you Jess!
