No benefit at all. We had several problems during the sale and we just ended up sorting the issues out ourselves with no input or assistance from ASAP.

Our designated ASAP team were instrumental in maintaining that vital role of communicating up and down our chain to keep things moving between buyers, sellers, estate agents and legal teams. Without their persistence, professionalism and reassurance we would undoubtedly have experienced a more drawn out and stressful house sale and purchase. ASAP kept us informed every step of the way, even during weeks when we were out of the country on holiday. It's genuinely difficult to imagine how we could have coped without them. Whenever I rang or emailed I always got a prompt response, and they were always timely in obtaining any requested information. ASAP were in constant touch along the journey. They were always ready to support, iron out queries, acting as a 'go between' for their clients. Throughout they were empathetic, supportive and informative. Their online Graphics, which are updated on a regular basis, are a useful tool to see at a glance vital information. Overall, a good experience.
