I didn't see the point in this at all as we had a keen buyer. The ASAP person was always a step behind and didn't tell us anything we didn't know. The person ended up leaving messages for the solicitors as the solicitors weren't available when phoned.

ASAP are excellent to work with, the communication, attention to detail and updates, for a small business like ours, it is like having an extra member of staff at no cost and freed up so much time for our sales team. Sales are on average getting through 4-6 weeks quicker than before we started using the service, we are getting lots of positive feedback from our clients using ASAP and on the odd occasion there is an issue, Richard, Tony , Jaime and the team cannot do enough to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them.

We have just completed on our house purchase with Complete ASAP, with Jill Price as our sale progressor. It was a nice experience to get updates, usually every week or so. As first time buyers, there is a lot that goes unsaid and you tend to figure things out along the way. Therefore, it was reassuring to receive updates.
