James and Camilla provided professional and friendly assistance and the property was rented out within a week to reputable tenants. Being new to private lettings Camilla guided me through all the necessary paperwork and the tradespeople she recommended to ensure the house met all requirements were of an excellent standard.

He was very transparent to address our expectations and extremely professional in managing the transaction which worked out very well. Googleterrible experience here.... would not recommend to anyone. No effort has been made to refund my holding deposit. Have heard many similar stories seems like there has been a bunch of fake positive reviews now to increase Google rating... shame on them!
