GoogleAll the good reviews here are extremely accurate. I have just completed the letting of a property through Buckinghams in Virginia Water and the entire process was an absolute pleasure. James & Camilla handled everything in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. The property details they produced were excellent and the interior photography was of the highest quality & undoubtedly this was the reason I received numerous offers so quickly and ultimately, a successful letting with a good tenant. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI don’t make a habit of writing reviews however we recently used the lettings service at Buckinghams Virginia Water Branch for one of our properties. The welcome was both professional and positive, they photographed the property promptly and well and followed up whilst marketing it. A pleasure to deal with throughout, headed by James who is great, we would not hesitate to use them again after this experience and are genuinely very impressed.

GoogleWe highly recommend Buckinghams having recently completed on our purchase. We had been registered with a number of estate agents in the local area, however Buckinghams went above and beyond to help us find our new home. They listened to our requirements and always kept us informed about properties which may be suitable for us. We felt very supported by Alex (and Sally-Ann) throughout the whole process, which at times was very stressful. Overall the service we received, their approach and professionalism was excellent. GoogleBuying a house for the first time in the UK when you are a foreigner and the seller is located few times zones away can be a real challenge... But with Buckinghams from Virginia Water this was possible in, as we are told, record time. They looked after us as a team, replacing each other when someone was not immediately available. Geoff Burgoyne did most of the handholding. But not only, he helped us to find an excellent solicitor, someone to survey the property, he chased the seller relentlessly for those little outstanding items that can really destroy the deal and also worked with local management companies to win time. In short, great team, great personal service! Thank you.

Communication, professionalism and honesty evident throughout our dealings with Alex Juddery and an imaginative approach ensured that both his client and us (the buyers) ended up with a deal where we all ended up with a great outcome. The eventual deal was complicated and the transaction spread over several months but the fluid communication between all the parties meant that everything stayed on track. Honestly cannot thank them enough for their, and their client’s, patience and understanding.

They go above and beyond what we'd expect of an estate agent in terms of keeping in touch, offering impartial advice on properties and the local area, making suggestions and trying to find the best solutions for our personal circumstances. Nothing is ever too much trouble in terms of arranging viewings at our convenience, and their friendly helpfulness makes them an absolute pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend them!
