Poor communication and customer service

From reading over reviews, it seems to be quite common that Davis Tate struggle with communication and clarity. When we moved in, we had issues with discrepancies in the furniture inventory list, which took weeks to resolve (and was only resolved in the end because I sorted it myself). We’ve also had issues regarding specific building information from Davis Tate which again has been met with poor responses/no responses and some blatant lying on their end regarding the situation. The whole property viewing and document process was easy, but as soon as we were locked into a contract, things seem to have gone quite drastically downhill.

A bit of an unethical approach to…

A bit of an unethical approach to selling properties. I spoke to Oliver with regards to an offer getting rejected on a property and no reason given. He was rude and ignorant and brash. I found his tone very bullying. Either way when you look at how many properties they have advertised speaks volumes about their service as compared to other agents in the area. I would not recommend this agent to anyone. They waste more time with negative attitude rather than a positive experience.

I was recommended the Davis Tate Financial advisor Chris Pledge to deal with my sons complicated mortgage arrangements and not disappointed... He not only did a house visit Friday night but dealt with the paperwork in the office Sunday morning. He certainly shows how proficient he is in a relaxed confident manner. Personally I would not recommend above estate agents just because I did view a property and since 2 weeks nothing heard from them. Before viewing they used to call me afterwards I had to call them for updates regarding the offer which is 'under review by the landlord' unless there is something else going on that I don't know. And this review is based on my experience and I am aware about that is not your property but also you shouldn't post behalf people that are waisting other people life. Lost 2 properties since then,thanks guys! 🤞🏻 Edit on 16th of january: who said that I have not been accepted? If you listen to the conversation I clearly said that I AM NOT INTERESTED about the property anymore so what are you on about? I was dissappointed about the time taken for you and landlord to reply me back 😂 shame as you are trying to defend yourself with lies

We bought our home with Davis Tate in the spring of 2022. They were incredibly accommodating and professional. We viewed in January after work when it was dark and we're able to review it on a weekend in the light, so could actually see the garden. Everyone has been kind, professional and always greeted us, whether in person, or on the phone, with great hospitality - we mostly had correspondence with Dominic and Andy. We've been in the house just over a year now and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out.
