Very happy with the gentleman who came round to value the property. Sold then let down twice. One of the first person to view was in a very good position but they never got back to her & offer her the property. 4 months later she has brought it. Very slack of Davis Tate. Not very good at communicating after they find a buyer, you are chasing them all the time.

What can I say? Other than I would give 0 stars if I could. They have a property listed for sale that they are struggling to sell (it's been on the market for months). I am in a position to buy and so have requested a viewing via their advert on Rightmove - I have requested a viewing THREE times now and no communication from these. If you're thinking about selling - look elsewhere for someone to market for you as these don't reply to possible buyers!! They are the ONLY agent not to jump onto my request to view properties.... in this dead market you can't treat customers like this. Truly awful 'non' experience!
