GoogleEvery time I email Property management team, they never ever reply, I have to call them and even so, the sales team are picking up and ‘sending a note’ which never happens. I never had such experience with other branches. Terrible!

GoogleMy thanks to Michael and the Botely team for helping with the sale of my property. They were very efficient and professional and most important of all reachable and responsive. Would've been 5 stars but unfortunately things slowed down when the sales process hit the Central office 'specialists' (who never responds to emails) but thankfully the Michael and the local team was reachable to help go over the final hurdles.

GoogleThanks to Michael Trueman at Chancellors we have just completed our house purchase. It has been an exceptionally protracted and difficult process - without Michael's patience and professionalism I can truly say this purchase would not have gone through. Michael kept communication channels open, was able to see both sides, and with humour and diplomacy nursed this ultimately successful sale through to completion. This man deserves a medal!

GoogleScammers. 8 years after doing a viewing with them they still keep my personal information. They phone every so often "regarding my house search". This is despite having confirmation via email and in writing that they have deleted all my personal informations.

GoogleWe just purchased our first home through Chancellors Botley, dealing particularly with James Carroll. James was friendly and helpful throughout the process. They were also admirably open regarding a relevant planning application near the property from the outset, which it was good to have on the table from the beginning rather than emerging during later surveys.
