GoogleWe had a viewing with Tom on Saturday and he was very accommodating in rescheduling for us as we ended up running late and missing our slot! He was also very patient when we got lost finding the property, and then very friendly and helpful with the viewing.

GoogleMichael Trueman and the team were great throughout the sale of my house. In my previous experiences with selling via estate agents I found that enthusiasm for marketing waned after the first month or so - not so with Chancellors Botley - they never took their eye off the ball and kept up the same level of effort and communication throughout all the time my property was on the market. I was also impressed with Nicole Puckett (Sales Progression Advisor) who kept on the case between offer and completion and made sure there were no unnecessary delays. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe would strongly recommend Michael and the Chancellors team to anyone thinking of selling their home. We have sold two houses and purchased one using this office and have always been treated with a very professional approach from the outset. With Michael in overall charge the service & support has been excellent. In particular Michael should be singled out for special praise. He is so welcoming, polite, supportive and tenacious. He keeps the communication channels open with all the different parties involved...........just what is necessary to make the buy/sale happen.

GoogleWe used Chancellor's a Botley to sell our house in August of this year. Terry and the team were pofessional, courteous and above all else always on hand to keep us updated, answer our questions and generally assure us that all was going to plan. Our house sold in 12 days! The process end to end was painless and Terry always took the time to check that we were happy at every stage; if all estate agent's looked after their clients like this the overall reputation of the industry would go through the roof.

For various reasons our house was difficult to sell but Michael was able to draw on a wide range of contacts in the property market. He encouraged us to think outside the box and explore a less conventional approach. Throughout what proved to be a long and difficult process, Michael kept everything moving. He kept all the lines of communication open and steered everyone involved in the same direction and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. Michael's positive and professional approach along with his attention to detail made him a pleasure to work with. We have not moved very far and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Chancellors Botley again.

GoogleWe used Chancellors at Botley to rent out our house. We were looked after by Arabella Wiltshire, the Lettings Manager. Arabella is very knowledgeable about her field and is always professional, helpful, but most of all very friendly. She kept us well-informed during the period our property was being advertised and also gave us feedback after the viewings. Arabella is always willing to advise and nothing is too much trouble for her, no matter how insignificant the question. We are very impressed with the service we received from the Botley office.

If all estate agents performed like Terry, the profession would have a much better reputation! GoogleMy wife and I decided to buy our first house just over a year ago. We were finding it difficult to find a property which was right for us so we decided to approach Chancellors in Botley to assist us. Jack Parker was very friendly in showing us around many houses, until we found the one we wanted. He helped us through the negotiation process and was very helpful in giving regular updates. This made the process feel slightly less stressful, and it helped that Jack and his associates showed a genuine caring attitude to help us into our new home. When we eventually moved in, around a year later, my wife and I found ourselves in the difficult position of having to move again due to work commitments. Due to the great service we'd recieved from the Jack, we decided to sell through Chancellors. We were nervous that we would not get a good price, but had a helpful meeting with Jack that helped us come to a decision on a reasonable price. We went through a short process of people seeing the house, and Jack was extremely good at giving us plenty of time before visits to clean up and make ourselves scarce! We were so impressed with the customer service throughout, the genuiness of the staff to help us and the availability of Jack to talk to us to help ease any of our concerns. We have recently sold the property, and made a massive profit on a house we were in for barely a year. We thank Jack for his dedicated work in helping us buy and sell our house, making the process a relatively stress free and organised process. I am more than confident to say that if I were ever to move to the area again, I would happily phone Jack. Furthermore, if all chancellors braches are as caring of there customers as the botley branch, I will certainly be using chancellors again in the future. Thanks Jack!!

He was very helpful and thorough and always kept me updated with what was going on. He was very patient with me when I was having a few issues and went the extra mile when it came to helping with any issues. I cannot fault the service I was provided with and would definitely use then again should I require their serivces again.

GoogleWe bought our first house through Chancellors Botley recently and were delighted with the excellent service we received from all members of the team. Jack Parker in particular was very helpful and kept us informed of progress at all stages. He was happy to guide us through the sales process and dealt with both sets of solicitors swiftly and professionally to make sure that we were able to move on the date we wanted to. It was very reassuring for us to know that we could call Jack whenever we had a question (no matter how big or small!), especially as the house-buying process was completely new to us! He always replied promptly to emails and although we were buyers rather than sellers, we felt that Jack was really working to help us too. He kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, not just up until the house was off the market. We would not hesitate to recommend Jack and Chancellors Botley to other buyers and to sellers too - perhaps the greatest compliment we can give is that if we come to sell our property, we will certainly be asking Jack to sell it for us!
