I withdrew from my application due to a lack of transparency around the rental figure. After an initial amount was discussed, the tone of communication changed and the price after agreement decided increased all of a sudden later in the process, before any tenancy had started or been formally agreed. Not what I agreed it wasn't the price change that was frustrating it was the experience and lack of transparency.

GoogleThey're your best friends during the tenancy application. Once you've signed and paid your deposit they'll ignore your emails and promise to call you back but never will. It's been 6 weeks that I've been requesting repairs including a broken window that doesn't close, wardrobe doors that are fully detached, broken blinds, marks and holes in the walls.. the list goes on. These are all since the first day I moved in. You can just tell they're saying everything you want to hear over the phone just to end the conversation, then you never hear back. They just don't care passed signing your agreement, take my word.

GoogleInitial consultation with Lisa was great. She was very reassuring and professional in advice. The property was put on the market very quickly, even they already had prospective buyer on their list. However, when it came to photography for listing was a different story. The company they had provided produced poor quality illustration.Lisa tried to rectify by taking some with her mobile. All in all this part of service is far from ideal. As they had already client it did not make any difference the property was sold within 2 weeks. Followup client service is excellent Tom keeps track of everything and keep me inform of the progress every Tuesday. Hoping to exchange contract very soon. I will recommend their services to prospective vendor.

GoogleWe where going to rent a furnished apartment from them. And paid the holding deposit. They then changed to say no furniture included anymore. We didnt want to rent anymore due to this but they kept our holding deposit. Be ware! (Tanja Cerff)
