GoogleIt was lovely to meet William last Saturday. We didn't experience the kindness and professional approach by property agent in long time as we did with him, keep going like that. I would recommend Chancellors for sure. All credits to William.

Chancellors have been average in the dealings we've had, but the one person that has been exceptional, is Shana Tolsma, who is the senior property manager, who has looked after any issues with our property whilst we have been letting. She has always been very attentive and prompt in responding to issues and always with a positive attitude.

GoogleMy elderly parents are currently being helped to sell their property and to relocate closer to us and Katherine, Tom and Freddie have been so incredibly helpful and supportive with the whole process so far! Being older my parents aren’t tech savvy and have also lived in their current home for 35 years so this whole moving experience is more than unsettling for them but Chancellors are really giving them excellent support and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation 😊👏👏

GoogleBe very careful of a life-time contract trap if you want to use Chancellors. We have been a long time client of Chancellors as a small landlord. We have been using them to collect rent for us, and just found out today that we have fell to a trap of "life-time" term of business agreement as we are considering to not renew the agreement (basically you cannot not-renew). You have to evict the lovely tenants in order to do this! If you are in the similar situation, be very careful, do not fall to the same trap! Is it even legal to have a blanket term (e.g. "any form of periodic tenancy...")?
