Fantastic service

I had a wonderful online application for a property to Rent with Romans. The quick responses I was receiving especially from Will and Ninda was exceptional. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. Whenever I was not sure about something they assisted giving me clarity on any particular issue. The entire team at Romans displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my application. The communication was just perfect. I highly endorse Romans for their excellent service and expertise.

I had such a wonderful experience with Romans Letting & Estate Agent especially with Adrian. Adrian was kind, patient and supportive. I did the viewing with Adrian on a Thursday, he made sure all the paperwork swiftly completed on Friday/Saturday and I moved in on Monday, two days later!, just the way I wanted to!!! Zara was supportive with the insurance too. It there was a six or seven star I definitely would have given a it lol. Overall, I highly recommend Romans letting. 📌😁 Kudos to you all.

Awful experience renting from Romans West Drayton. I didn't have a working cooker and oven for the entire time during my 5 months of tenancy and many things were broken, including the boiler which broke down about 3 times during my tenancy. At one point I was left with no hot water for days.

i went back to Romans as my experience previously had been very good. This time it the service was generally poor. The wrong address in the adverts was not a great start, or the out of date photos. The wrong keys on two successve days, losing viewings. But all this was somene else's fault. They recommended a sharp drop in rental on virtually no evidence. Poor processes, no evidence of simple check lists, poor comms, late attendance at a final showing. Endless excuses , blaming previous staff with little acceptance of responsibility and accountability. Misteps across the board.Chloe does her best and was proactive and helpful.I am pursuing a formal complaint and a fee reduction. What has not been recognised that the flat might have been let but the experience, extra work, stress and worry does not, in my view, represent a seamless experience and does not warrant a full fee

Completely awful agents. Throughout out time of being their tenants, the house wasn’t cleaned on arrival, tried to charge us twice when a previous tenant had already paid for a damage, we was given the wrong emergency number, had a broken shower for a month (still paid full rent), tried to make unfair deductions from our holding deposit - this took two months for us to fight, and am currently still waiting on our deposit which is 4 days over the 5-10 day estimate given. Do not recommend at all.

Firstly, a massive thanks to Saad and Arun for everything they did to help us navigate easily through the sales process when we weren’t getting the buyer we needed through the other local estate agents in Uxbridge. Donna-Marie Brant, the property manager displayed great professionalism and attention to deal with all my concerns to move in the new address. In addition, I am grateful for her quick response to all of my queries with prompt solutions. Charlotte Travers addressed all my queries with a great level of patience while viewing the apartment, as well as with post-viewing correspondences which was really nice. Salome Correia was very helpful during the documentation processing stage.
