GoogleI was totally new to house hunting in London and it was exasperating. However Lordβs associates were very helpful. Nigel was fantastic making the entire process, from viewing to the possession of the house ,seamless . I would recommend Lords Associates!!

GoogleTerrible communication from their staff, no professionalism shown at all. Typical Greedy Agents! EDIT: Copy and paste response ... I call it b/s. Maybe you should invest more time in training your staff to be courteous and have some common decency. I would be very careful doing business with these have a go estate agent jokers

GoogleExtremely rude and unprofessional staff. Didnβt know what they were doing at all. Showed clients around our house without warning. When we asked why this happened was met with a very defensive tone even though we were just concerned about the security of our property. Would not rent a property through these people if they have such a poor, disrespectful attitude.

GoogleThe landlord at UB8 is nothing short of a nightmare. Their constant money-grabbing schemes and refusal to address basic living conditions turned what should have been a comfortable living arrangement into a constant source of stress. The agency's lack of accountability in managing the situation only further soured the experience

GoogleI rented a flat via Lord Associates. The employees were so kind and helpful. I reached them easily for any problems related to the flat. They tried to help us as quickly as they can. I received the deposit within 10 days without any problems.

GoogleThe house sale was completely stress free. We were kept updated on all aspects of the sale start to finish and any problems were sorted by the very friendly efficient staff. The best thing for me was their phones are always answered and answered quickly. No hanging on no buttons to push for why you wanted to speak to them. GoogleAbsolute 5 Star Agency, i have used a few estate agents in my time but none are like Lords, i cannot recommend them highly enough, i was dreading finding a new property that was within my budget but Lords made the whole process very easy for me. Their knowledge of the local and wider areas is impeccable and the customer service i received while i was dealing with these guys really is excellent, everything went without a hitch from start to finish, i found myself in my lovely new home a lot sooner than I'd anticipated, My experience with these guys was so good that i recommended a friend & a work colleague and they where also amazed at how efficient, friendly and reliable these guys are. I will definitely be using them again in future

GoogleI would strongly recommend staying as far away from this letting agency as physically possible. Very nice in the beginning but as soon as they actually have to do anything the service goes dramatically downhill. Absolutely no management structure as far as I can tell and they won't tell you whose in charge (I presume so it's difficult to make a complaint!) Two years of broken promises and failure to deliver half of what was expected of them (including our rent on several occasions!!) we took legal advice and finally managed to get them to agree to end our relationship. Well, that was almost a month ago and do you think I can get anyone to send us back the documentation promised to us that finally puts in writing this split?? No! Diabolical in almost every respect. DO NOT USE.
