Kasim inspired confidence in me from day one by giving me different options that I had never thought of and no other estate agent offered. He also expressed how much he loved the property and its potential. That approach makes you feel he is more interested in your needs and inspires confidence. Finding a new tenant was done in quick measure and contract negotiations were facilitated by him to completion. Kasim was totally dedicated and incredibly easy to work with. Avoid this agent at all costs. They are unprofessional . My experience with them being a landlord for 28 years is truly shocking. Kasim pre ticked a box on the Terms and conditions when i had a choice . This in my opion is to get extra fees and to keep the tenants deposit as well as my landlord fees . They dropped the deal last minute when the client was about to sign the contract. In 28 years of dealing with estate agents this is shady business practice. AVOID and use agents you know and trust .

Honestly this review is long overdue. I was quite wary of estate agents until i was luckily introduced to Lords Associates in Uxbridge. These guys are the real deal! They blew me away from the first meeting. They are professional, masterful and genuine property people. You can tell this is not a business but a real passion for them. I have to say Kasim is an impressive, experienced and yet humble operator. Hand him the keys and go away. He is super talented!! Even when we had last minute sorting out to do Khurram who handles the operations stepped in and was wonderful. I’m amazed people will use any other agent in the area. I recently rented my student house through Lords Associates and was given the option to leave a review after signing the tenancy agreement with them. As I was very happy with the service and the staff actually went the extra mile for me, I thought the least I could do is write a review. Firstly, I am shocked to see any negative reviews as the agency, especially the member of staff I dealt with Khuram was very helpful and seemed to have a lot of time for me. The whole deal went through very smoothly and to date I have had no issues since I moved in that have not been managed well. In the first month I did have an issue with the heating in one of the rooms and the Landlord was not very proactive in resolving my issue, however as soon as I contacted Kasim at the agency he had the issue resolved within 24 hours and dealt with the Landlord on my behalf. Over all the agency seem very proactive and happy to help even when it may be the Landlords responsibility, therefore I cannot fault the agency or any one in the team. Thanks guys for everything, definitely recommended and you have already helped my friends secure houses and they are all very happy.

I gave this agency 0 rating as I rented one house from them and after a week I started getting issues.They are the one,I am going to contact for maintenance, customer support or anything I need help with but they are worse.I have never seem this much worse staff.They never replied for my email and never picked calls if they do pick then always the answer is “no one in the office right now, we will call you back”, and them never got a call back.Luckily, I got number for my landlord and he did cooperate with us.But when spoke to the landlord, it came to know that they never informed him about any kind of issues that tenants are complaining about.We gave them notice period for break clause and they didn’t even reply for it.worse customer service, rude staff behaviour and nonsense way of communication whenever they rarely answer.I will never come back to them.And if anyone knows how to complain about them please do let me know.I would be thankful.

Booked an appointment with Nigel (sales negotiator) for 2:15pm who told me he will be 5-10 mins late to thehthe appointment I arrived at Barlee close at 2:25pm. Upon arrival I rang Nigel as he was no where to be found at the appointment, without an apology he told me he had left for his other appointment in slough, he blamed me for being late and rudely put the phone down on me. I was shocked and rang his office and spoke to Louie (Property Manager) confirmed the appointment was booked for 2:15pm. I insisted on speaking to the branch manager but I was told he is on annual leave upon insisting he tried to put me through to him. I asked Qasim Kashmiri (Branch Manager) what sort of cow boys does he have working for himself he then initially said he will not hear anything against his staff and tried to end the call. But after I explained him the whole situation he said he will try to re arrange the appointment. My advice to the landrods and home owners is if you ever wonder why they haven't sold or rented your house it's not because the market is bad it's because of Lord associates of Londons unprofessional and not so bothered attitude. AVOID THIS COMPANY who doesn't value it's clients.NegativeProfessionalism

Special thanks to Kasim Kashmiri our Property Manager who guided us from the beginning starting to viewing the property until the end handing our keys personally for the new owned house. I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but my experience with this estate agency was truly disappointing. From start to finish, there was a lack of communication, professionalism, and transparency. I felt ignored and undervalued as a client, and issues that could have been easily resolved were either delayed or completely overlooked. It’s unfortunate because I had high hopes for working with them, but this experience left me feeling frustrated and let down. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

Moving to the UK from California was pretty daunting and overwhelming since its foreign from the states and finding a flat is so hard as an international student. Luckily , at Lords Associates they make the process so easy ! Tunde is a SWEETHEART and boy came through ! I love my little room in a very british home .
