GoogleVery poor service and very unprofessional. Do not want to help once they have found a tenant. Tenant was not to the standard that was requested; affordability issues after the first month.
Went for the managed service option but rent was not paid on time, house was left in a mess costing more than a months rent.
All utility bills and council tax left in arrears.
Please do not use these agents.

GoogleI am not recommend this agency ever they waisted my 3 months , karim dennis and Weda both have no experience that how to deal with customers they show me property in hayes , the property was not clean I need to move in an emergency so I agree with the property, , after that she ask me to pay 3 month advance rent with 1 month deposit it’s too much then I told her I can’t pay that much , then she told me if you pay then landlord can fix the house otherwise he can’t ,he don’t have money .
Then I told her I can do 2 months rent and 1 month deposit , she said okie after I fill all the form i give all the documents they asked to me , all the references was clear and everything was done , before they told me you can move in December then in December I tried to call them nobody pick up my call and on the moving date they said oh tenant is still live in the house you can move in January I said okie in January they did same thing and then they said in February after I told her to send my deposit back I will find out something else , all over they waisted my 3 months
