FacebookI was very happy with the service I received from both Chris and Molly at Lakin & Co. From start to finish they were very professional, efficient and helpful (everything you need from an agent!) I cannot thank them enough for helping us in the selling process and will definitely recommend their services. They were always just a phone call away and happy to assist wherever needed.

GoogleI have been using Lakin for a number of years, they are very professional, any queries/questions/concerns are always dealt with extremely promptly, they have even gone out of their way to assist and offer help with an issue that was outside of their remit, I HIGHLY recommend the Lakin Team, they offer a 5 Star ++ Service

GoogleThey are my current lettings agency , their service is brilliant and helped my move-in experience seamless and process has been automated. Finally, I locked the door with my keys inside, they are kind enough to assist with a spare key in no time. I highly recommend them based on my experience.

GoogleI have contacted them about a flat which I was looking on their website, one week later I already moved in. As this was my first renting through agency I didn’t really know how is going to be, but they were helpful and always explained what and why is happening. I highly recommend their services.

GoogleAs a landlord, I can recommend Lakin and Co. Fantastic service from the whole team, during a refurbishment of the property and then finding new tenants quickly. Nothing has been too much trouble and the communication has been first class. Thank you!

GoogleVery professional in terms of preparing paperwork, responsiveness, good communication. They use e-platforms which simplify the whole process of contracting and setting up a property for a new tenant. Online viewing also available. Technical issues with a property (a door lock, a washing machine) sorted out really quickly.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe have just rented an Amazing house via Devon and Michelle at Lakin and Co and apart from having very respectable fees the service was and is outstanding. They certainly put our last experience with a different rental agent to shame. This is clearly the Agent of choice for me moving forward.

GoogleWe had to look for a new place, in a new area, with quite a short notice. Our agent, Robert, was very helpful and responsive, which was much appreciated in the busy London housing market and made this usually stressful process smooth and stress free. We would recommend the agency without the shadow of a doubt.
