Hi Nicola, thank you so much for recommending Lakin & Co, it really means a lot to all of us here. :)

GoogleOutstanding letting agent. I've been with Lakin & Co for 4 years now, and in that time the service has been outstanding in every sense. After 3.5 years of renting a flat in Uxbridge via Lakin, we were instructed that the landlord wanted to move into his property at the end of our agreed term. Soon after hearing the news, we received a call from Chris Lakin to reassure us his team would do everything they could to help us find a new property, this was a lovely personal touch which we really appreciated. A special mention goes to the excellent Michelle who was supportive, patient and efficient throughout the process. The staff all round are great over the time we have been with Lakin & Co. The icing on the cake was when Lakin waived the agent fee for the new property. It's great to see a company in the letting industry care about customers and reward loyalty. I highly recommend Lakin and Co to all!!

GoogleWe used the services of Lakin & Co on recommendation, to manage our flat rental. The whole team were friendly and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble and it was a pleasure to have them manage it for us. Our main ports of call were Michelle and James, they were both great. With so many things that can go wrong with a flat rental I’d recommend contacting Lakin & Co.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI found the team at Lakins excellent. Their property management knowledge is extremely good and as a property manager myself I was impressed with them as a company. James in particular was very knowlegable and went beyond just giving me a value he actually knew what to check in the property and did so at the time of his visit to value.

GoogleAs a landlord , Chris Lakin and his team are absolutely unbeatable , I have had the pleasure of being well and truly looked after by Robert , Thomas and Michelle . Properties are never vacant , in four years tenants may change but properties were never empty. You could not meet a more friendly , efficient and professional company .I have recommended Lakin to other landlords who have also been delighted . They even manage to find tenants that treat your property as their own. If you are looking for a brilliant service at great rates Lakin are top of the pile

GoogleI have been letting my property with Chris Lakin and team for almost two years now and and have been very satisfied with the service from them. My property was very quickly rented out and has been fully managed by Lakin & Co since. Communication is excellent, and any issues are resolved immediately. The property has remained in excellent condition due to the professional tenants and Lakin & Co's 'spot checking'. It has allowed me to take a hands off approach knowing that it is safe in their capable hands.

GoogleIn May 2014 my husband and I arrived from the U.S. and needed a place to live. We found a house that was listed through Lakin & Co. The staff were were helpful and efficient and as result we were able to get into the property quickly. Now at the end of the lease, Robert ensured we were well-informed about the process and did a fantastic job following up on the details. Overall, a great experience.
