Leah and the whole team - Rohan, Luke & Irene - were exceptional throughout the process of our sale. They were very responsive, clearly listened to our wishes and concerns and adjusted what they did accordingly. They never left us in the dark, were assiduous in getting viewings and following up potential buyers, and worked unbelievably hard at the end of the process to get our sale over the line.

GoogleNo response to numerous requests to view a property, emailed them via their own website, portals and the letting manager directly. Still to receive any response. Totally unprofessional. Now the property states LET AGREED after weeks of trying to view.

WORST service for Rentals. Do not use .They claim to be professionals but there’s no empathy towards tenants and nothing done swiftly. Communication is horrendous. Being such a big company surely they should have this nailed to the T. Letting handler keeps changing for whatever reason but never gets communicated to us. This is the Gibbs management team based in Uxbridge
