GoogleWhen I first found the house I was buying I found the service fantastic. Enthusiastic and helpful. I very much appreciated the weekly updates and understood when they got fewer and further between as nothing much was happening. However, towards the end of the purchase there was very little contact, emails went unanswered for long periods and in one case I had asked when the vendor wanted to exchange and by the time the answer came exchange had been arranged and was happening the following day. It was really disappointing as DDM had been very impressive until near the end.
