We have just moved into our new home on the Bartle Meadows development in Cottam, and Morris have been fantastic from start to finish, especially the site managers Ryan and Craig. We moved into our home 2 years ago and 1 previous owner, the faults are very high, nobody wants to help at Morris iou just get passed to nhbc but no then I’mTold it’s not them after it’s Morris builders that are at fault! I would like a call from Morris homes head as I’m really not happy!!

Would never buy a house from Morris Homes again! They use incompetent contractors, who quite frankly i wouldn't pay in washers!I produced a 22 page snag sheet with photos. Ended up writing to the CEO / MD. Was never fully compensated for their poor service and workmanship.

We have been ling in our Morris Homes for over 4 years and love it. The quality of the build is great and apart from one incident we have had no issues. I would say the one time we did have to contact Morris customer care team, it was a very long and drawn out process. Overall very pleased with our home!

Customer Service has been exceptional. We have been living in our Morris Home in Greenlakes for over a year now. Any time we have contacted Morris Homes, they are quick to respond and send an operative around to sort the issue. We don't plan on moving, but would buy another Morris Home.

If I could put 0 stars then I would!! If you want to buy a house and then be continually pushed back with delays then this is the company to use!! Given a date for new build August last year and still not moved in, just continuous push backs with unreasonable delays given each time!!

Morris homes have ignored our emails letters ect. Our roads have never been complete and they have washed there hands of it.
