Wow! GoogleSmoothmove, more like hardest move of my life, stay clear unless you want to do the job for them and still pay them, cheapest for a reason, absolute cowboys, incompetent, empty promises, my dog could do a better job, act like children when called out, they blame everyone else but themselves, had our entire chain ripping their hair out just trying to simply get an answer from them. I got to the point I had to go to the office just to try and get somewhere, surprise surprise, I didn't. To top everything, they straight out refused to talk to my solicitors which was shocking, my solicitors have been doing this for years never seen anything like that, same with the other estate agent we spoke with that was acting on our purchase. I would give -100 if I could, surprised they even have any 5 stars at all

GoogleI had lots of issues with SmoothMove when buying my house. I won't go into lots of detail, but I was constantly having to chase, and they promised callback after callback, even at specific times, and never got back to me. Full of empty promises. I am now looking to sell, and thought I'd give them another chance as this was 5 years ago. I requested a valuation over a week ago, and they still haven't replied to an email or phone call. I made the request through their website. Seems some things never change. Unless you want to chase an estate agent daily where it seems like they get a buzz out of not replying, I'd stay well clear.

GoogleWhere do I start! Throughout the emotional journey of selling my mums property smoothmove where fantastic! Professional,helpful, returned calls quickly and at times a shoulder to cry on!! They went above and beyond. Down to earth, honest and patient when giving advice. I dealt with Kate, Corrine and Harriet mainly. But Emily and Haiden where also lovely and helpfull the times we spoke. Seems a lovely team.They sold the property in 2 weeks after advertised with multipule offers on the table. Two sets of buyers changed their minds after a week but smoothmove jumped straight back on it both times and sold it again within days which went to completion. Harriett was a star!!! Sorry for all my tears!! They are all just lovely, very approachable and know their stuff. Being local girls is also a bonus I felt. They kept me informed throughout. I can honestly say I would choose them in a heartbeat. Turned it around quickly and it all went smooth in the end!! Thankyou Smoothmove!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Gail xxx

Other Estate Agents I talked to while looking for a property were a nightmare but Abi helped me through everything and the whole process was way less stressful then it should've been. Very responsive and helped me tie everything together.
