GoogleThe people are so down to earth and reliable u can’t fault them at all. From the moment I listed my house I received weekly updates regardless to whether I had one or not. Far more informative than the solicitors were. Corinne was fabulous and I highly recommend her to deal with anyone’s sales progression as she is amazing and gets results!!

GoogleCorinne and Kate were amazing from start to finish of us buying our forever home from them. We would 100% recommend them! I rang before our house was even on the market and they were determined to find us our dream home. They kept in contact regularly to inform us of new homes, until they found us ‘the one’! Everything was done efficiently and as quickly as possible, even during the pandemic and we are now happy in our home. Thankyou so much for finding us our forever family home!

FacebookKate, Corrine and Abbie were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of promoting our property with quality photos and successfully selling it within 24 hours of releasing it. They were professional and friendly at all stages of the selling of our house and the buying of our next property, nothing was too much trouble when you called them and they always replied quickly and reliably with an answer to any queries, and chased up my Solicitors when required. I would definitely recommend them .

GoogleHad to call them 3 times to get a viewing confirmation for a house on Holbeck, Astley (to the vendors, no wonder your house is not sold yet 🥴). Jack really has no customer service skills, and incompetent. On 3rd call asked to speak to a branch manager. One of the owner, Corrine called and did not want to listen, interrupted, and asked me what do you want me to do about Jack, mistakes can happen, fire him? lol. If Corrine as a business owner has no customer service skills, why would Jack have any? Possibly the worst business owner, i came cross, don't have the ability to listen to a customer and take feedback to improve her business. Kept asking me what else do you want, i have staff off sick, on grievance started complaining, raising her voice like she was having a some sort of tantrum. If you're not well, don't call a customer, may be have someone else do it. Anyhow, don't recommend them, if trying to book a viewing is like this, imagine trying to complete a sale with them. Big nightmare avoided, ended up telling Corrine, forget about it, cancel the viewing.
