Everyone has been so friendly, professional and approachable from start to finish, but I have to give a special mention to Suzie and Abi. ❤️ Nothing was ever too much trouble and there was never such a thing as a stupid question! They were always there when I needed them and genuinely took so much pressure off what can be such a stressful and emotional process. A huge thank you also to Corrine, who handled everything with such amazing grace, patience and professionalism. She made what could have been a really daunting part of the process feel so much easier. I honestly can’t thank the whole team enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They’ve been absolutely brilliant! ❤️

From start to finish their expertise, professionalism, wealth of knowledge got us through the process and into our new home. Due to issues with the sale process, the extra assistance we needed to liase with different people in the chain, from buyer, sellers, solicitors, Finance Advisors, it took alot of calm, organisation and level headed thinking. GoogleI instructed Smoothmove Property in Tyldesley to sell my property and during that time I mainly dealt with Suzi. Suzi made swift arrangements to value my property, take amazing photos, create a listing and manage an initial sales process which lasted only 3 days! My home sold and completed for above asking price and Suzi was amazing to deal with during the course of the process. In fact, all of the team at the Tyldesley office were a pleasure to deal with. GoogleI have used smoothmove as a landlady since 2023 after my parents and grandparents both sold properties with them. They are helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable in the world of property. They make it super easy to be a landlady and I trust them completely with my rental property and tenants. Any queries from me or the tenants are dealt with quickly and I’ve never had issues getting in contact by phone or email. I had a bad experience with a previous estate agent withholding important information from me so switching to smoothmove was a breath of fresh air with everything being so simple, transparent and in a timely manner. Jack has been brilliant with handling my property and I have total faith in him.

GoogleAn absolutely fantastic experience selling my much loved house by Smoothmove. After an absolutely dreadful time using purple pricks initially, the decision to change to Smoothmove was the best idea I’ve ever had. Suzie, Abi and Corinne were amazing, they couldn’t have done anything more for me, even when I found things difficult. So if you ever need an estate agent, I’d totally recommend them. Why use the rest when you can have the best. Well done girls you’re fabulous

From the very first viewing, Abigail made us feel so welcome, and Jack has always been on hand to answer any questions we’ve had along the way. GoogleSimply no other company to sell your house with if you are in the M29 area especially. My mortgage advisor recommended an estate agent who valued the property higher and was probably the safer bet in keeping things all in one place, but Suzie's knowledge of the area and personable approach came across straight away which was extremely reassuring and I knew right away it was the right agent to choose. Which subsequently went on to pay dividend almost immediately as the house was photographed, published and sold - well over asking price within 7 working days. Can't recommend enough if you are thinking of selling give Smoothmove a call.

Abigail has dealt with all my queries over the phone and has been amazing sending me property suggestions, being considerate of my requirements and budget. Super helpful! Emma took me to my first property and was very informative helpful throughout. Suzie took me on the remainder of my viewings and has been amazing. Arranging 2nd viewings where needed and generally being lovely and supportive through the whole process which is daunting as a first time buyer. They've helped to make the process / experience enjoyable and exciting Can't thank them enough 😊

Amy & Corrine were always very responsive with any questions I had and everything moved very quickly. Not to mention the nice thank you gift I received when I completed! The house hunting process was a long one but as soon as I encountered Amy and Smoothmove they did everything they could to help me find my first house.
