GoogleWe've used Townends for both house sales and lettings and we would highly recommend this Estate Agents for both. Claire and Morgan in the sales department are very professional, friendly, extremely helpful and passionate about their jobs. They go the extra mile and make you feel as though nothing is too much trouble. Plus they are very approachable, and that goes a long way with house sales!
Townends Lettings department is also highly recommended by us. Stephanie and Daniel are also very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. They are knowledgable, extremely helpful and have been very patient when dealing with my change of tenant and the many phone calls that it has involved. And we've had a laugh along the way too which is a big plus! So a big thank you to everyone at Townends!

GoogleIn an interesting market, Townsend did an outstanding job with a demanding customer!!! They were given strict instructions not to waste time with ghost viewings and viewings with people that can't afford the house as such every viewing was a potential buyer. Once the sale was made we were handed over to their progression team who were always available and liaised successfully with 5 other estate agents and solicitors. With a long chain we managed to exchange within 3 months and complete in 4. Thank you
