GoogleHighly disappointed!! Christine Hampson's attitude comes across as arrogant, lacking any semblance of customer service skills. As an investor and professional, I am appalled by the behaviour exhibited, and it's concerning that such attitudes are tolerated among employees.

I am sorry to see that you were disappointed with the outcome of your offer but as previously explained, the particular property you were interested had very high demand and ultimately, the vendor chose who they wanted to proceed with. GoogleVery obliging, the sale seemed to take longer than quoted. The reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is that you need to keep checking online where the sale is up to. It takes away a more personal touch though we did have phone and email contact too.

Google100% would go to your move in Tunstall all of the staff there including be, Chrissie and Ian all go above and beyond for you to get your home. We have been put on a one month rolling contract with our previous landlord and with us having three little girls we need security. Chrissie understood that right away and got up the house on hold for us that day! And with my partner being self employed be has done everything possible to help us with all the paper work. They will never rip you off they speak the truth. Thanks so much to you all. X
