GoogleThey'll start you off with a high price for your property to pull you in. After 2 weeks they dropped the price and started giving offers of 250k. They also said spending money on the property wouldn't make any difference. £3200 was spent on the property and after a short period a price of 315k was settled and the place sold with a different agent. They didn't seem to care about the business!
