So grateful to Martin and Co Tunbridge Wells for managing our tenancy so efficiently and kindly. Sometimes being a tenant you feel like everything is your fault and nothing ever gets fixed but Martin and Co responded to every report, request and communication swiftly and efficiently and we never had to chase or remind them and we never felt like anything was our fault and everything got fixed quickly. Even at the end of the tenancy they arranged all the cleaning for us and were very quick on actioning the return of our deposit. We are just sorry that they aren't managing our new tenancy! Thank you for being such great agents.

GoogleTook a while to get a rent refund sorted but in the end the funds owed were returned. Security deposit was returned in a timely fashion, staff were always friendly and professional. They were able to assist with issues that arose while I was a Tennant with them in a timely fashion and I always felt listened to and supported.

GoogleI have been managing properties for 9 years and needed a new tenant service. Martin and Co were quick to deliver what I asked for, gave their honest views about the property, potential tenants and any other queries I had. The back end services were quick and efficient even though I asked them to do things in an unusual way for them. They accommodated that very well. The team are both pleasant and thorough; everything you want to deal with and you want your tenants to deal with too. I have no complaints. The business is adapting to the use of new technology and systems which makes it all easy for them and quick for the customers. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe have used Martin & Co for several years to find tenants for our rental property. Always a pleasure to deal with. When we came to sell the Property there was only ever one estate agent we trusted 100%. The advise, professionalism and genuine interest the staff show is above and beyond. I would highly recommend them, it was Stephanie Gosnay that helped me through the process and she was always at the end of the phone when needed and she sorted out any issues that cropped up. I think she went above and beyond any estate agents we have used previously I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleAs a property purchaser and as a landlord. Martin and Co are a small family run business and it is such a relief to be able to deal with friendly, knowledgable people. Efficiency very good, they have always found tenants for us and I rate them very highly. The tenants have also been good. Buying through them was also easy.
