GoogleAs a property purchaser and as a landlord. Martin and Co are a small family run business and it is such a relief to be able to deal with friendly, knowledgable people. Efficiency very good, they have always found tenants for us and I rate them very highly. The tenants have also been good. Buying through them was also easy.

There’s no communication, when the do get back to you it takes almost a week per email, they needed constantly chasing for important information and it took them almost a month to even mention getting my deposit back (that’s before the extremely pedantic charges). If you want a stress free move, avoid them at all costs.
