Both David and Andrea were excellent in providing support during the purchase of my property. David was quick to respond to any queries i had, as well as chasing up solicitors involved in this transaction. Andrea, helped sort out a rent agreement for me, whilst we dealt with a longer than usual sales process. I highly recommend them both, I am pretty sure i would not have completed this transaction without their help and expertise!

I purchased our flat via Martins as I saw it on Rightmove. We saw around 10 properties. David is the least pushy and one of the most reasonable estate agents we’ve come across. If we ever sell it we will go to Martins. Won’t put here the long list of TW estate agents we wouldn’t go to!!!!

I was a tenant a few years ago and was disappointed by having a member of your team enter my house without warning or knocking. Since putting up a review i have been harassed with calls and messages from the branch and accused of 'making a mistake' I am writing a review on my experience I dont wish to have a follow up or be contacted daily. They have now accused me of never being a client. Very odd unprofessional behavior all round. Avoid at all costs.

Estate agents do not have a good reputation generally and we have experienced this on a couple of occasions. However, this most definitely cannot be said of David Rogers and his team. His response to our request that Martin & Co sell our property was positive, informed, generous in time given and attention, personal, professional and enthusiastic. Within days of putting us on the market, viewings began and a suitable offer was negotiated. His attention of every detail of the transaction and his personal concern for us as people as well as clients made the whole process much less stressful than can be the case. A new tenant, paying asking rental, was in place, within 8 weeks. Martin & Co dealt with all legal compliance, sourcing necessary good local contractors, and arranging flat redecoration. Unlike competitors, they suggested we had the carpets cleaned, rather than replaced. They were pleasant to deal with, and no chasing was required. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

We first chose Dave Rogers and his team in 2007 and they have looked after us and our two properties in Tunbridge Wells ever since. First time privately renting and having viewed several properties through a variety of different companies I found Martin and Co to be by far the best and this was all down to the Fantastic service provided by Stephanie. There was no pretense or unnecessary waffle when viewing the property and I found her to be extremely helpful and very friendly from start to finish. Being new to dealing with estate agents i felt a little out of my depth with all the proceedings and formalities but Stephanie made the whole process a stress-free and pleasurable experience. So grateful to Martin & Co Tunbridge Wells for their excellent management of our tenancy. I know our landlord was amazing so very easy to work with but we always had all our queries responded to within 24 hours and everything that needed to be fixed was fixed efficiently and without question. We had had a horrible time with the landlord in our previous tenancy so it was such a relief to have such efficient and straightforward management and communication for this tenancy.
