Conscientious, attentive service with amazing communication and a super-fast sale. I had to sell my late father’s house through probate which I honestly thought was going to be a nightmare (on top of all the other challenges that go with a relative passing). But Louise, Toby, Natalia and Denise were fantastic, all playing their part in the listing, sale and progression to completion. I’ve bought and sold before and found it to be the worst, but these guys were genuinely the best! Would recommend to anyone.

The lovely Louise came and valued my property and very quickly had my house on the market. Once we had a buyer and completed chain, Megan took over the progression, working closely with Louise in keeping me up to speed. GoogleOur experience with KHP was excellent with Georgie and Becky. The length of time from agreeing purchase to completion was lengthy 6 months. We were told the probate was in hand and being dealt with but this not the case. Every time we enquired as to progress we were told by Gareth that the seller wanted to complete quickly. Quickly was not the word we would use. We were impressed with Georgie who when we requested to have access to property re work that we would need to do he was helpful.

As discussed at the time probate was in hand and the seller did want to move quickly however probate is a legal process out of our hands and that of the seller and needed to be completed before your purchase could happen. This isn't something we can control or be held responsible for. We did explain this on several occasions but we are sorry we weren't clear enough that this was a legal matter that could not be influenced by us or yourselves. We wish you well in your new home and hope the 6 months you have had in there have been enjoyable.

KHP West Malling were exceptional when we were both selling and buying through them. It was a long process with a very slow market but they secured us a buyer with excellent advice all the way through. Where they really came into their own was after this at the sale progression stage. I can’t stress enough how wonderful the support was from Megan who was firmly in our corner and really managed the process. I confess it’s a side of estate agency I hadn’t given much thought to before but give that girl a medal she got it over the line and was a total pleasure throughout even on the most stressful days. I've really struggled with letting agents in the past, and have always felt unimportant, and that they had better things to do. India from KHP has been incredible, she helped me find an incredible home - however, unfortunately the landlord (for whatever reason) had to end my tenancy early. It was quite distressing for me, as I loved where I was - but India even emailed me late on New Years Eve with a lovely property, not yet on the market 5 doors down. It wasn't for me in the end, but the thought was there and she even pre-warned me it might be too small - but I really appreciated the honesty and being thought about. With a deadline of moving out getting tighter and tighter, other letting agents were taking days to get back to me, were not flexible with viewings, and I found a property popped up and was so glad it was with KHP! I was struggling to fit a viewing in, but India thought outside the box and got me in the next day. I saw the property and signed up within minutes.India and her team have all been amazing, through the first property I rented and then helping me with another home. They have all been efficient, friendly and I could not recommend them enough.
